Rachel Davis
After 10 years of working in a dental office setting, I decided in 2020 to follow through with my desire to help practices increase their revenue through insurance billing and certain practice management tools by developing Brighton Dental Billing & Consulting. Doing so has allowed me to offer my knowledge and skills to multiple practices throughout many areas of the USA. Along with this knowledge, I am also an individual who likes to help others succeed, as well as one who enjoys setting up systems (primarily dental software) to have a more accurate billing model.
My number one goal is to assist you in increasing your revenue.
In addition to my dental knowledge and experience, I also have an Associates Degree in Administrative Professional Technology and am a registered dental assistant with the State of Tennessee.
In my spare time, my family and I are usually riding ATVs around our property, playing with our pets (2 dogs and a cat), or spending time with our family and friends. I absolutely love the beach, Destin Florida to be exact, and try to spend at least one week a year there with my family.

Raised in Brighton, Tennessee and a proud Brighton High School graduate, choosing the cardinal was a way to honor home, the community that shaped me, and the place that gave this business its roots.
The word cardinal comes from the Latin cardinalis, meaning “a turning point.” Creating Brighton Dental Consulting was exactly that — a leap of faith, a personal transformation, and the beginning of something deeply meaningful.
